What is an Activity Log?

An activity log shows all of the specific activities for the agent.

There are 6 different activities that will show in the activity log: Course, Learning Path, Classroom Training, Remote Training, Coaching, and Evaluation.

  • Course: The course consists of specific modules such as: surveys, quizzes, file uploads, pages of information, etc.
  • Learning Path: The learning path is a combination of multiple courses. It can be as little as 2 course or as many as you need.
  • Classroom Training: This training is specific to in person classroom trainings. This is for groups, not individuals.
  • Remote Training: This training is specific to video trainings. This is for groups, not individuals.
  • Coaching: This is for one on one coaching. Each type of coaching can be customized through the coaching form builder.
  • Evaluation: This is Quality evaluations completed. Even though quality audits can be completed on an Agent, this is reserved for individual quality evaluations.
