Creating a FiveLumens Account

We are excited for you to begin using FiveLumens learning, coaching and quality platform. All of our accounts come with a free two week trial. We are confident you will find the FiveLumens platform to reflect what you need to be successful.

We made it simple for you to create an account and create your first training. The two most important fields in creating your account is your personal information of the account owner and the company domain.

The account owner can only be changed by your FiveLumens account manager, so make sure you enter the first name, last name and email address for the account owner.

The domain name is unique for our platform. This is the domain all of your users will use to log into your instance. Most of the time, the domain matches up with your company name.

Once your account is created you will be receiving a welcome email from FiveLumens to log into your account. You will be asked to create your own password before you can login. Once this is done, you have full access to create trainings, coaching and quality evaluations.
